Mold Inspections

Tennessee Mold Consultants has many services that we provide to the public.

Tennessee Mold Consultants offers its Residential and Commercial clients a variety
of customized Structural Mold Inspections to suit their needs. We offer Whole Home
and Office Inspections, Crawl Space Inspections, and Real Estate Inspections. These
are completed by a Certified Mold Inspector that takes air and physical samples which will be delivered to the mycology lab for analysis. The Mold Inspector has a non-invasive moisture meter to determine which surfaces are wet and dry. The moisture meter will be used to check around windows and doors, on interior and exterior walls, and on floor joists and foundation walls. The Mold Inspector will also evaluate the drainage of the property.

After the lab analysis is complete, we write an in-depth report customized for each client which will be hand delivered by a Certified Mold Inspector. This report has 3 sections: The Home Inspection, Lab Analysis, and Specific Recommendations. The Home Inspection section is a summary of our determination on why the mold contamination exists which includes color digital pictures. The Lab Analysis is the mold report from the mycology lab which will state the types of molds and concentration levels of those molds which also includes color digital pictures. Finally we provide an Action Plan which outlines the Specific Recommendations to remediate the mold contamination.
